Our location is ideal as a base for exploring Poole with its stunning beaches and harbour and the spectacular Dorset countryside. We are ideally situated for the Wind and Kite Surfing Schools, Poole Park and the Quay, Yacht Clubs, Parkstone Golf Club, East Dorset Tennis and Croquet Club, and Poole Ferry Terminal.

We are a 5 minute stroll from the trendy village of Ashley Cross where you can enjoy the restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries, and the village green.

We are close to bus routes and Parkstone Railway Station (5-10 minute walk) and Poole Station (5 minute taxi drive).
