We are perfect for business people and tourists. Our location is  ideal as a base for exploring Poole with its stunning beaches  and harbour and the spectacular Dorset countryside and Jurassic coast. We are ideally situated for the Wind and Kite Surfing Schools, Poole Park and the Quay, Yacht Clubs, Parkstone and Broadstone Golf Clubs, East Dorset Tennis and Croquet Club, and Poole Ferry Terminal.

We are a 5 minute stroll from the trendy village of Ashley Cross where you can enjoy the restaurants, pubs, shops,  galleries, and the village green.

A pleasant stroll through Poole Park will take you onto the quay where you will find various restaurants and pubs and  boat trips around Poole Harbour and the islands.

We are close to bus routes and Parkstone Railway Station (5-10 minute walk) and Poole Station (5 minute taxi drive).

We are a 10 minute drive from Bournemouth
